Emerald Lakes

A stunning Black Walnut slab with a portion jutting out was perfect for the creation of a narrow  lap-top table. Voids with emerald-laced epoxy reminded me of a series of lakes. The slab has been oiled with Tung oil which brings out the wood's natural beauty - as do the feathering of copper through-out. Attached are modern looking trapezoid black powder-coated steel offering a beautiful contrast between the matte and gloss.
